My October/ Halloween Reading Pile Vlog
This is my very first to be read pile for the month ahead video, so if you like it be sure to let me know if this is something you would like to see every month! I love this time of year and one of the things I love most about it is having a big ol’ pile of scary books to get me excited for Halloween. Hopefully this video will help introduce you to some scary sounding books if you’re looking for the perfect Halloween read, enjoy!

I enjoyed this video very much and hope it becomes a monthly feature. You sound like my twin at the start as I also love this time of year and enjoy seasonal reading. I have Ten to read and I am purposely saving it for Halloween as it sounds just perfect for then, I am saving Dash & Lilys Book Of Dares for Christmas as the cover looks all snowy!
ReplyDeleteI also bought The Raven Boys last week and got The Diviners the week before, I think The Diviners is one of the best looking books I own, I just love it, hopefully the story will be just as impressive, its certainly going to be a long read. I am looking forward to hearing what you think of all your spooky books! :)
I'm hoping it will I had a lot of fun filming it! Aw it's nice to find another Autumn/Winter bumpkin! I hope you enjoy Ten, Dash & Lily's Book of Dares will make the perfect Christmas read, its so cute!

DeleteI really like the idea of posting a vlog of your reading pile Jess! You have some awesome creepy books to get through in the month of October. Ten sounds absolutely fantastic! So I can't wait to hear your thoughts on that! I also too received the Diviners, the thought of 600 pages is kind of scary, but I have heard nothing but great reviews so far, I hoping to tackle that in October too! ReplyDeleteGlad you liked the vlog hun! I'm thinking of turning it into a regular thing. Ha! Yeah! 600 pages is scary in itself! If you pick up The Diviners before me I'll be looking out for what you think. Every Day and Ten sound so good I really hope I get to them this month!
